For dads, it would be great if the hotel provided more family-friendly dining options.

The Loasis Suite was like an urban sanctuary. It felt so soothing with its calming vibes and cozy ambiance, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. As someone who seeks peace and tranquility during travels, this suite totally hit the spot.

The lobby design was a bit too modern for my taste.

The resort-style business hotel in Gangnam offers a business center and a 24-hour front desk speaking English and Japanese, catering to a well-balanced lifestyle of work and relaxation. Whether for business or leisure, the open work space inside the hotel serves as a personal office, providing a productive environment.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated concierge for more personalized assistance.

Walking distance to a market and a convenience store across the street. The hotel was in a prime location, minutes from a subway station. And it also had magnificent view. The service was GOOD too.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is located at a busy street, making it easy for us to explore the lively area across the street. The service housekeeping kept our room amenities, such as the electric kettle and TV, fully stocked and spotless. The soundproofed rooms made it peaceful at night allowing us a great sleep. The staff, who could speak English, were very accommodating and nice in assisting us.

Located close to the main shopping streets, university area, and right on the metro line from-and-to the airport, this hotel's location is unbeatable. The rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds and excellent shower facilities. The staff is helpful and the check-in and check-out process is smooth. The hotel's rooftop bar, restaurant, and cafe+dessert are great facilities to enjoy.

The hotel offers comfortable beds, good views from the 21st floor check-in, and a nice lounge with options for reading or playing pool. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hongdae with a subway station right outside. The double room was changed to a twin room upon request without any increase in price. The room itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with great bath products. The neighborhood is great for shopping and dining, and the hotel is practical for airport transportation with a bus shuttle just 5 minutes away. The rooftop is beautiful, and the check-out process is quick.
